How to avoid a fraud supplier?

When it comes to a potential supplier, there are several things you need to make sure before placing your first order with them, i.e.

  1.  Make sure your potential supplier have a good management and integrity.

A good management company has a good human capital in it. The company should properly train their employees with the latest technology, ethical issues and teamwork as well as equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to grow and maintain success for the business.

Furthermore, integrity is also playing an important role in here. You have to make sure of the legitimacy of your potential supplier by answering these questions: Is it a fraud? Is the potential supplier a real manufacturer? Can they manufacture my products in the given lead-time? Are the working conditions safe?

  •  Make sure the products they will send you are of the same quality with samples they made for you.

Quality is everything when you buy a product. Otherwise, you will got so many complaints from your customers because of your product quality. When factories do not perform adequate quality control checks, product problems usually bleed down to your clients and end-users.
